Warranty claim
All products carry a 2 year warranty claim.
Should a product be defect, please return it to us for repair/replacement.
If a defect is your own fault, admit it, and please do not waste yours or our time with sick excuses :-) - return the item and we\'ll try go give you a good price for a replacement, and hope you\'ve learned something. It\'s been our goal to have happy customers since our start in the industry in 1982 - period.
Return policy - valid 14 days from delivery
If you bought something by mistake, or you wife/girlfriend found out you spent her money - return the mercandise with your banking information, and we shall send your money back.
Your transport cost - both ways - are lost, and if packaging is defect or missing, that will be deducted - at least 15%.
